What is a project risk plan?
It sets out how a project identifies and responds to risk.
What should you understand?
A project risk plan records how risks are identified and addressed. BSBPMG536 requires managing project risk on at least two occasions, with workplace records and stakeholder feedback. A useful scenario needs enough substance to demonstrate the required decisions.
What should you ask or practise?
As practice, consider an invented project where a supplier might deliver late. Identify the possible effect, a response and who would review the risk. Confirm with the assessor how complexity, evidence and feedback requirements apply; a short risk list is not the entire assessment.
What should you compare?
- Exact unit requirements
- Assessed occasions and resources
- Access to practical activities
What remains unconfirmed?
The national evidence requirement is checked; the provider task design, participants, tools and accepted evidence are not known.
What can you do next?
Ask how scenario complexity is set.
